  3. Crop failure, growth issues, or yield-related expectations
  4. Improper storage, planting, or usage by the customer


3. Replacement Policy

  1. If eligible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
  2. Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the issue.
  3. Delivery timelines for replacements may vary depending on location and stock availability.


4. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are issued only after successful verification of the claim.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details.


5. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  3. Any prepaid order cancelled before dispatch will be refunded as per the refund timeline.


6. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

  1. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer, refunds may not be issued.
